Leading the Way in Emergency Operations Planning, Training & Exercises

What we do...

Our crisis and consequence management development services focus on all aspects of emergency operations management with a special emphasis on crises simulations to test and tune both contingency planning as well as training to meet real-work conditions.

We specialize in preparedness activates with an all-hazards approach in assisting public sector clients to plan and prepare for terrorism events, hazardous materials release, technological emergencies, natural disasters and external/internal incidents and issues. With advance preparation, planning, training and exercising, organizations at the local, state and federal levels are able to effectively manage the consequences of and minimize the impact of these events.

Our group provides technical and management support for emergency operations organizations. Our primary objective is to support the government in its effort to keep our fellow citizens safe. We currently provide support to the U.S. Army's Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program (CSEPP). We serve as the hazard scenario designer and hazard analyst controller for each of the eight annual CSEPP exercises. CSEPP exercises are done to provide an assessment of the level of preparedness at and around each chemical stockpile installation to protect the general public, the work force, and the environment. We also provide training for chemical hazard assessment to U.S. Army Emergency Operation Center (EOC) personnel.
