D&E Technical, Inc. (DETech) is a Champaign, Illinois based consulting company, with offices throughout the United States. We focus in science, technology, public safety, and emergency preparedness. In business since 1995, DETech is run by Dan Maloney who is also the Founder and President of the company. DETech has a staff of 20 with well over 300 years of combined experience. Our staff includes engineers, scientists, IT professionals, planners, trainers and other consulting staff.
